Classes at both locations are included in your membership! All classes are on a come-as-you-like basis with the exception of spin classes, in which spaces are limited. For classes at our other location, see our page about classes at Chipola Fitness.
At 5 am, you can get a full body training class with a mixture of cardio, strength, and conditioning training. Bootcamp, HIIT, Tabata, and interval style workouts will challenge participants to push harder to get you sweaty, your heart pumping, and energy for your day! All fitness levels welcome and all excercises can be modified to fit your fitness goals.
