Chipola Aquatics is actually a “range of motion” aquatics class for people who are out of therapy, have pain, or just want to keep moving.
This class does not require you to be able to swim. All exercises are done in shallow water.
Range of motion exercises include movement of all your joints from head to toe. By consistently exercise these joints, your body gets stronger, you have more energy, less pain, and can do more of the things you want to do.
Free swimming is available Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 am – 7:30 am, but requires a class membership. Below you will find a class schedule.

The second Tuesday of each month we meet together for a luncheon at various restaurants around the city beginning at 11:30 am.
