Classes are included in your membership! All classes are on a come-as-you-like basis with the exception of spin classes, in which spaces are limited.

This class is designed to meet your cardio needs! This class will incorporate different movements to get the heart pumping. Some toning of arms, legs, and core will be added for a full body workout! For all Fitness levels
A high intensity workout to hip music that combines dance and fitness. This will help aid in buring more calories to help you meet your goals. It’s not about doing the routines perfect, but to motivate and inspire people to get moving! It’s about creating an uplifting atmosphere and experience that anyone can enjoy at their own pace.

Mash-up is a research-based Variable -intensity Interval Training (VIIT) program featuring: Mind/Body, Agility and Strength, and High- Intensity Intervals. Every fitness level can join us for this fun and challenging workout! For all fitness levels
This class is designed to strengthen and tone. Using a variety of hand weights, barbells, and stretch bands you will be sure to feel the burn. Bursts of cardio are added to keep the heart pumping. For all fitness levels

This class is a holistic exercise program designed for those who consider themselves
young- as well as the young at heart. It is designed to integrate all muscles of the core and engage all postural muscles to improve balance, functional stability, and functional mobility.The class encompasses a warm-up, cardio intervals, upper body strengthening, lower body strengthening, standing abdominals, core strengthening, balance, stretching, and a cool down. The body works together as a whole and with a holistic approach, every part of the body is engaged from the head to the toe. This class uses resistance bands, dumbbell weights, small balls, and weighted balls.

This class supports vitality and wellness. More than fitness alone, Yoga “works” by balancing the nervous, circulatory and digestive systems. Mobility and proper alignment of the spine is featured to target specific organs for toning or detoxification. There are countless benefits, both on and off the mat, for any body type or fitness level. In a typical class, you’ll be guided through breathing techniques, transitions, and postures that will strengthen the major and minor muscles, restore balance, increase flexibility, and relax the mind. Yoga is challenging and will enhance your athletic prowess, as well as reduce pain and improve sleep. This class can help you achieve your fitness goals, whether they’re to be able to tie your shoes, tie your limbs into a knot, or anything in between

Spin Classes

A stationary spin bike is used to motivate you on your fitness journey. There are many benefits to spin classes including improved joint mobility, strengthened bones, cardiovascular fitness, reduction of stress levels, strengthened muscles and flexibility, decreased levels in body fat, reduced levels of anxiety and depression, and reduced weight or weight control. The class is set to music and uses a variety of movements for a great workout.
