She begins the client relationship by assessing their current level of fitness and discussing and assisting with goal setting and takes action during fitness appointments to achieve those fitness goals.
ExpertiseKelly trains her clients on overall fitness- strength, cardio, core and healthy lifestyles.
Target GroupKelly’s clients include general population, both men and women, and clients living with Diabetes, Parkinson’s, and those on active chemotherapy for breast cancer.
